Account

The Account page brings together everything about your workspace's plan and billing in one place: an overview of where you stand, your subscription, your wallet, your usage against your plan limits, your invoices, and the referral programme. Each lives on its own tab.

Opening the page

Open the user menu (your avatar, bottom-left of the sidebar) and choose Account. The page is available to administrators only.

The Account page replaces the former standalone Usage and Plans & billing menu items. Old links keep working — /usage opens the Usage tab and /billing opens the Subscription tab automatically.

The tabs

The page has these tabs across the top:

  • Overview — your plan, wallet, promotions and limits at a glance, with anything that needs attention on top. The page opens here.
  • Subscription — your current plan, the plan catalogue, secure checkout, and the Stripe billing portal.
  • Usage — how much of your AI and messaging allowance you have used this billing period.
  • Invoices — your billing history.
  • Referrals — your referral code and link, your earnings, and payout requests.

The tab you are on is part of the page address, so you can bookmark or share a link to a specific tab and refreshing keeps you on the same tab. Switching tabs does not add to your browser history, so the Back button takes you to the page you came from, not through every tab you clicked.

You can move between tabs with the mouse or the keyboard: focus a tab and use the Left/Right arrow keys to move between them.

Overview

Overview is the first tab and the one the page opens on. It answers "where do we stand?" at a glance, so you do not have to visit four tabs:

  • Needs attention — anything that needs you, most urgent first: an overdue subscription payment, a renewal coming up with nothing set up to pay for it, a wallet that can no longer pay for a service you use (see When the wallet warns), an assistant that is switched on but has no credit for its AI model, file storage filling up, a limit reached this period, or a promotion ending within a week. Each has a View button that opens the tab with the details.
  • Plan — the plan's name and state (Free, Trial, Active, Ending, Payment overdue, Cancelled), when it renews and for how much (plan plus add-ons, before tax), or the date it ends if you cancelled it; whether you are billed monthly or yearly; and how many team seats are used of those included.
  • Wallet — your balance (with a Low or Empty badge when it needs a top-up), bonus credit, your last top-up, and what usage on the platform's AI key and paid services has cost this month.
  • Promotions — each active promotion with the credit it has left, when the credit expires, which AI models and channels it covers. Ended promotions are folded away under a line you can open.
  • Usage and limits — every counter your plan limits (AI replies, AI assistant calls, messages, SMS, web searches and any other limit your plan has), plus team seats, channel slots and file storage, each as used of limit with a bar. A bar turns amber at 80 % and red at the limit. Counters with no limit show what you used. The line at the top says when the counters reset (the first day of next month).

Each section only appears to people who may see it: the plan, wallet and promotions need permission to view billing, the counters need permission to view usage. Someone with neither does not see the tab. Nothing on the Overview tab buys or changes anything — plan changes, top-ups and invoices stay on their own tabs.

When the wallet warns

The wallet warning — the bar at the top of the panel, the line under Needs attention, the phone's Plan & usage and the wallet emails — appears only when the balance stops, or is about to stop, something your workspace uses, and it says what: for example "Your wallet balance ran out — paused until you top up: the AI assistant (replies, writing help, comment replies) and SMS sign-in codes."

The wallet pays only for these, and only when they run on the platform's keys:

  • the AI assistant when it uses the platform's AI models — its replies, the flows' AI steps and AI routing, and also the agents' writing help (spelling, rewrite, translation, drafts, conversation summaries, suggested replies), AI comment replies, the AI playground and AI table import;
  • knowledge base updates and search, on the platform's AI key;
  • the AI assistant's web search, on the platform's search keys;
  • transcription of voice notes and calls — voice notes the assistant listens to, call-recording transcripts and live call captions — on the platform's speech key;
  • AI voice assistants on calls, on the platform's voice key — a call is answered only if the wallet covers the longest possible session;
  • new or changed call announcements, on the platform's voice key — announcements that were already made keep playing; only a new or edited sentence cannot be produced;
  • voices in the voice library (cloned or adopted) on the platform's voice account — each voice takes one of our paid voice slots and is billed monthly: the first month when you add it, then once a month while it is in the library. If a month cannot be paid the voice is not deleted: it is marked Suspended — wallet and says nothing until you top up (it switches back on within the hour, and a fresh month starts that day). Delete a voice under Settings → Voice library to stop its charge; the month already paid is not refunded;
  • Image Studio, on the platform's keys — and its safety checks always, also when the portraits are made on your own provider key: the checks run on the platform's AI key in every workspace;
  • SMS sent without your own SMS provider — campaigns, verification codes, booking reminders and other notices that go out through the platform's SMS gateway, priced per segment for the destination country (Turkey, the EU, the Gulf, the US and Canada and the other countries your contacts are in each have their own price; a country without one is billed at the highest);
  • e-mail sent without your own mail server — replies, booking and form e-mails, follow-ups and codes that go out through the platform's mailer;
  • your X channel on the platform's X app — X charges every send, reply and check for new messages. Incoming X messages keep arriving even at a zero balance: their cost is recorded as owed and taken from your next top-up before anything else (the Wallet card shows what is owed, and the history lists it);
  • SMS sign-in codes (SMS as a two-step sign-in method);
  • nearby places in the phone's location picker;
  • shipment tracking on the platform's 17TRACK account, past the monthly allowance.

Each of these stops when the balance cannot pay for it, and stops quietly: a voice note still arrives in the inbox with "Not transcribed: the wallet balance could not pay for it" under it (the assistant hears it on its next reply after a top-up); a call recording is still saved and its call card says why there is no transcript; live captions pause while the call goes on; the assistant answers without web results; the location picker keeps its map and search and says why there is no list of nearby places. An SMS or e-mail that would have gone through the platform's gateway or mailer is not sent: an e-mail reply or an X message shows the reason on its failed tick (retry it after a top-up), and a bulk SMS campaign counts the recipients it could not send to because of the wallet. A writing-help button says "The AI is paused: the wallet balance cannot pay for it" instead of a result; a message that was not automatically translated says "Not translated: the wallet balance could not pay for it" (translate it after a top-up and the note goes); and an AI comment reply is not posted — the comment says why, with Retry AI reply next to it: after a top-up it drafts the reply as a suggestion for you to send (nothing is posted by itself), and it asks the wallet first like everything else.

Under a voice note, a video or a call card that was not transcribed, Retry transcription (panel and phone) tries again once you have topped up. It asks the wallet the same question first: if the balance still cannot pay, it says so and nothing is sent anywhere. A retried call comes back as one transcript of the saved recording (not split by speaker). Clicking twice transcribes, and bills, once.

Your messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and the rest — X is the one exception, above), phone calls on your own carrier, SMS on your own gateway, e-mail on your own mail server and anything that runs on your own API key never use the wallet. A workspace whose assistant answers on its own AI key and that uses none of the services above sees no wallet warning, however low the balance. Its Wallet card still shows the balance with a Low or Empty badge in a neutral colour, and a quiet line naming what a balance would switch on — for example "Top up your wallet to use the AI assistant (replies, writing help, comment replies) and Image Studio."

A running low warning comes when the balance would last less than about three days at your average spend over the last two weeks, or drops below your auto-recharge trigger (the platform's low-balance figure if you have not set one) — whichever comes first.

The monthly spend cap email names what the cap paused and what keeps running (services that answer to the balance alone, such as SMS sign-in codes, are not stopped by the cap). A failed auto-recharge email says what has stopped, what keeps running until the balance runs out, or that nothing you use depends on the wallet.

On the phone

The mobile app has the same overview: Menü → Plan & usage, in the workspace group. It shows the same warnings, plan, wallet, promotions and limits; pull down to refresh. Promo codes — to see your promotions or redeem a code — is a row inside it.

The app only shows where you stand: changing the plan, topping up the wallet and invoices are done on the web panel.

Subscription

The Subscription tab shows the plan your workspace is on and the plans you can switch to.

How paid plans work

Choosing a paid plan opens secure checkout (hosted by Stripe). Your subscription activates only after your payment is confirmed — until then your workspace keeps its current plan. Switching to the Free plan is immediate and takes no payment.

At the top you will see:

  • Your current plan — its name (for example, Free or Pro) and a status badge (Trial, Active, Past due, Canceled).
  • The billing period — the calendar month your usage is counted against.
  • Manage billing — on a paid plan, a button that opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel.
  • Usage vs your plan limits — one row per metric (AI replies, AI tokens, messages received, messages sent) with a bar showing how much of your plan's allowance you have used. Metrics your plan does not cap show as unlimited.

New workspaces start on the Free plan in a trial state.

The plan catalogue

Below your current plan, each available plan is shown as a card with its name and a short description, its price, the headline limits (AI replies and tokens per month, and agent seats), and an action button labelled for the change relative to your current plan: Upgrade (a higher-priced plan), Downgrade (a lower-priced plan), or Your current plan (marked and not selectable). Plans with unlimited usage or seats show Unlimited.

Switching plans

Click Upgrade or Downgrade on the plan you want.

  • A paid plan sends you to a secure Stripe checkout page. After you pay, you are returned to the Subscription tab and your new plan and limits take effect. If you do not complete payment, nothing changes.
  • The Free plan switches your workspace immediately, with no payment.

To change your card or cancel a paid plan later, use Manage billing on your current-plan card.

After checkout

When you return from the secure checkout page, you land back on the Subscription tab and a banner appears at the top:

  • Payment confirmed — your subscription is activating. It can take a moment for the new plan to show; the page refreshes itself as soon as the change is recorded.
  • Checkout canceled — you left checkout without paying, and your plan is unchanged.

Close the banner with the × button.

Usage

The Usage tab shows how much of your AI and messaging allowance you have used in the current billing period, and how much is left. For the full details — what each metric means, how the billing period works, and what happens when a limit is reached — see Usage & quotas.

Invoices

The Invoices tab lists your past invoices, newest first, with the invoice number, date, amount, and a status badge (for example, Paid). When an invoice has a hosted page, a View invoice link opens it in a new tab. Before your first payment — or on the Free plan — there are no invoices yet and the tab shows a short empty-state message.

Referrals

The Referrals tab is where you invite other businesses and earn a commission when they subscribe to a paid plan. It shows your referral code and link, a summary of how many workspaces you have referred and how much you have earned, your commission history, and the payout request action. For the full walkthrough, see Referral programme.

How limits relate to usage

Your plan sets the per-period limits that the Usage tab measures against. When you move to a higher plan, your AI reply and token allowances increase; when an enforced limit is reached, the AI assistant pauses generating new replies until the next period or until you move to a plan with a higher allowance. See Plans & subscription for more on choosing a plan.
