ConnectWiz is a multi-tenant customer communication and CRM platform. This site has two parts:

• User Guide — for administrators and agents: everything you can do in the product, screen by screen.
• Developer — the API reference, the Commerce and Tools APIs, the chat widget, errors, rate limiting and localization for building integrations.
