Hepsiburada
Connect your Hepsiburada store and three things arrive in ConnectWiz:
- "Ask the Seller" questions, as inbox conversations. Whatever a shopper asks you through Hepsiburada's Satıcıya Sor, from a product page or from their My orders page, lands in the inbox. Each question is its own conversation, with the product or the order it is about beside it, and any files the customer attached.
- Orders and returns. They appear on the customer's contact card, and Wiz can use them to answer "where is my order?".
- The customer, on every channel. A Hepsiburada buyer is matched to the same person when they write to you on WhatsApp, by phone, or anywhere else.
Hepsiburada's seller API has no product reviews: star ratings and review text cannot be read or answered by any integration, ours included. There is also no store rating to show, and a seller cannot start a message to a customer. Hepsiburada only lets you answer a question someone asked. "Ask the Seller" is the written conversation with shoppers that Hepsiburada opens to integrations, and that is what this channel carries.
Before you start
Hepsiburada only lets a store be read through a registered integrator, and ConnectWiz has to be registered as one first. Until that registration is complete, the Hepsiburada card in the channel catalogue carries a Coming soon badge and cannot be opened, so no store can be connected yet. The card is not broken: the channel is waiting on Hepsiburada's side. It opens by itself as soon as the registration is in place; there is nothing to do on your side.
- Plan. Hepsiburada is a premium channel, like Trendyol and the App Store and Google Play reviews. It is available on plans that include premium channels and uses one channel slot. See Plans and subscription.
- Access to the Hepsiburada Seller Panel, with permission to change your store's integration settings.
Connect
The connect form lists the three steps you take in the Hepsiburada Seller Panel first, in the order you take them:
- In the Hepsiburada Seller Panel, go to Hesabım (My Account) → Bilgilerim (My Information) → Entegrasyon (Integration) → Entegratör Bilgileri (Integrator Information) and click Entegratör ekle (Add integrator).
- Add ConnectWiz as your integrator. The connect form shows ConnectWiz's Hepsiburada developer username in a box with a Copy button. Paste exactly that name. Hepsiburada only lets us read your store once you have done this.
- On the same page, click Servis Anahtarı (Service Key) and copy the key. Your Mağaza ID (Store ID, also called Merchant ID) is shown there too.
Creating a new service key in the Seller Panel invalidates the previous key straight away. If you do it after connecting, the channel stops working until you give it the new key with Replace the service key (see Sync and the order webhook).
Then, in ConnectWiz:
- Go to Settings → Channels → Add channel → Hepsiburada (Ask the Seller).
- Paste the Store ID (Merchant ID). It is a 36-character code like
1a2b3c4d-…. - Paste the Service Key. It is stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Choose Import history: Don't import (new activity only), the last 7 days or the last 30 days. History is imported quietly. It sends no notifications and Wiz does not answer it. Hepsiburada keeps order lists for about one month, so 30 days is the most there is.
- Save. ConnectWiz checks the details with Hepsiburada before saving. A wrong Store ID or Service Key is refused on the spot.
The first two hours
Hepsiburada can take up to 2 hours to activate a new integrator. Until then the channel shows Waiting for Hepsiburada authorization. You don't need to connect it again. The channel starts on its own once Hepsiburada switches the access on, and the badge changes to Authorized.
If Hepsiburada still refuses access after those two hours, the badge changes to Not authorized (see Troubleshooting).
A store can be connected to one workspace, once.
Answering questions in the inbox
New questions arrive within about two minutes, as conversations in the inbox. Each question is its own conversation: two questions from the same customer are two conversations, each with its own deadline. You can assign them, move them between departments and work them like any other conversation.
At the top of a Hepsiburada conversation you see:
- About a product or About an order, depending on where the customer asked;
- the question number, for example Question #48213;
- the deadline: … left to answer, counting down to Hepsiburada's own deadline. Hover over it for the exact time.
Beside the thread:
- Product asked about: the picture, name, HB SKU and your stock code.
- Order asked about, for a question asked from My orders: order date, total and shipping. If the order has not reached ConnectWiz yet, the card says Order details have not been synced yet and fills in after the next order sync.
Files the customer attached appear in the thread like files on any other channel.
