Per-tenant API credentials for upstream providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek). n8n-style: one row per (tenant, name), reusable across features. The api_key is encrypted at rest and NEVER returned — responses expose only has_api_key + a 4-char key_preview. Admin-only.
