Erase a run's photo and result now
DELETE/api/tools/runs/:run
Deletes the uploaded photo and the result and forgets your reference.
The run row stays (it holds no image) for the workspace's accounting.
A run that is being generated right now answers 409 in_progress;
a queued one is cancelled.
