Throw a draft away
DELETE/api/quotes/:quote
Drafts only, and a draft really is deleted — nobody has seen it and
nothing points at it. A sent quote is kept: a copy exists outside this
system, and deleting our half would leave a customer holding a document
we have no record of. Requires deals.delete.
