The current pending ownership transfer (owner only)

/api/tenants/ownership/pending

Returns the pending transfer (target summary, expiry, attempts left) or null. OWNER-ONLY — a non-owner admin gets 403.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
