AI usage on the tenant's own keys, per key and per feature

Every successful AI call made on one of the tenant's OWN provider keys (BYOK) in a billing period, grouped by key and by the feature that spent it. BYOK calls are counted but, by default, draw from no quota (doc 63, S7). Admin only. period defaults to the current month; a malformed value falls back to it.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
