Import companies, or people with their companies (queued)

Parks the upload and queues a resumable run (one run at a time per workspace, across contact and company imports).

kind=companies: each row matches an existing company by external id → tax number → domain → exact name; match_mode decides what a match means (update — non-empty cells overwrite, empty cells never erase; skip; create — no matching). Needs organizations.manage.

kind=people: people match by email, then phone (as the contact import). The company is found by company_key (auto = external id → tax number → domain → name) and created when missing if create_missing_companies (default true, which also needs organizations.manage). organization_id pins the whole file to one company (import from a company's page). Needs contacts.manage and sight of the CRM.

fields promotes unknown columns into custom fields (company fields for companies, contact fields for people; needs contact_fields.manage).
