List pipelines with their stages

/api/deal-pipelines

Every pipeline in display order, each with its stages in display order. Needs crm.view, deals.manage or deals.delete. A workspace that has none gets a default pipeline created on this first read (Lead → Contacted → Proposal → Won → Lost, named in the language of that request), so the list is never empty.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
