What the commerce-event trigger can listen for
GET/api/flows/commerce-events
The vocabulary of the commerce_event flow trigger (doc 86 §6.2): the
order steps the recorder raises, and the shops it raises them for.
shipment.status_changed is raised by the parcel-tracking layer
(doc 83) when a followed parcel reaches a new status (status is then
one of ShipmentStatus); own_orders is the workspace's own order
book, which raises only what that layer learns.
Each shop carries internal_only. A run started by a marketplace's
event (every shop but the merchant's own WooCommerce / ikas store) may
not reach the customer: the runner refuses message, template, form,
AI-reply, media, channel-send and call steps, and never opens a new
conversation for it. That is the marketplace's rule, not a setting —
this answer lets the editor show it before the flow is built.

The order steps and the shops.
Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
