List the current user's notifications

/api/notifications

The authenticated user's in-app notifications for the top-bar bell, unread first then newest first. The total unread count is returned in meta.unread_count so the badge needs no second request. First producer is @mentions in internal notes (type: mention).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
