Rate the visitor's own conversation (CSAT)

PUBLIC endpoint (anonymous visitor, no staff auth). Records a 1–5 satisfaction score (and optional comment) onto the conversation bound to the verified session token — never one named in the request. The widget maps its thumbs/stars/emoji UI onto the 1–5 scale. Returns the tenant's configured post-rating redirect URL, if any.
