Change the workspace's platform access

PUT 
/api/platform-access

Sets the level and, optionally, the write identity (write_user_id: an active member's id, or null for "ConnectWiz (platform)"; omitted keeps the stored choice). Every change is written to the workspace's audit log as platform_access.updated with the old and new values. Admin role only. Refused with 403 from a ConnectWiz support ("sign in as") session (platform_access_impersonation) and over MCP (platform_access_mcp): only the workspace itself decides.
