Per-status conversation counts

Conversation counts grouped by status (Faz 7B), for the inbox status-folder dropdown badges. all is the total across every status. A single RLS-scoped GROUP BY; readable by any tenant member.

Faz 7C: the same multi-select facet filters as the list (source, tag_id, department_id, assigned_user_id, q — but NOT status) narrow the counted set, so each folder badge reflects the active filters.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
