Which vendor speaks the sentences a customer hears

The voice used for every spoken sentence that is NOT an assistant holding a conversation: the KVKK recording notice, the EU AI Act disclosure, the IVR menu, the out-of-hours greeting, the welcome line.

Three blocks, each answering a different question:

  • wires — ONE ENTRY PER WIRE, each carrying its own selection and the live verdict on it. Per wire because the constraint is a codec and it does not fall evenly: a vendor that renders no Opus can never speak on a Meta call and speaks perfectly well on a phone line. A null provider is VALID and is the common state: the platform's own voice speaks on that wire, which is the behaviour every tenant had before this setting existed. Only the live verdict can see a credential bound to the wrong vendor.
  • providers — the catalogue, with each vendor's per-wire verdict read from its own declaration. Two of the four connectable vendors emit no Opus at any rate and therefore can NEVER announce on a WhatsApp or Messenger call; a picker that did not say so before a key is bought would be selling a surprise.
