Get the dashboard overview metrics

/api/dashboard

Returns an at-a-glance snapshot for the current tenant, for the dashboard landing page. Visible to any authenticated tenant member (not just admins); every figure is read under the tenant's RLS context, so it can never reflect another tenant's data.

Includes: conversation counts by lifecycle status plus total (across all statuses), unassigned (active conversations with no assignee) and handover_pending (a human takeover was requested but none is assigned yet); current-period (period, UTC YYYY-MM) message in/out and AI reply/token totals (read from the per-period usage counters, O(1)); the total contact count; and total staff plus an approximate online headcount (self-reported presence, not a live websocket membership).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
