Webhooks

Outbound webhooks — tenant-registered endpoints that receive HMAC-signed, queued event deliveries (conversation / message / contact lifecycle). Multiple endpoints per tenant, each with its own auto-generated signing secret, event subscriptions, retry/backoff, auto-disable circuit breaker, SSRF guard, and a per-endpoint delivery log. Admin-only.
