Hepsiburada order / claim webhook (public, PUT paths)
PUT/api/hooks/hb/:token/:path
The PUT half of the same webhook (cancel, unpack, in transit, deliver,
undeliver, shipping address, claim status). Same trust and routing as
the POST paths; the shipping-address event, which names no
merchantId, is routed by order number to every connected seller of
that order. Answered 204 at once.
