Sync an Etsy channel's reviews and orders now
POST/api/channels/:channel/etsy/sync
Queues at once what the schedule otherwise runs hourly (new reviews)
and every six hours (the order reconciliation behind the webhooks).
Every Etsy call spends the platform's one shared Etsy quota (doc 78
§2.2), so this is throttled. Progress and failures are reported on the
channel (etsy.sync, etsy.quota). A channel that is not an Etsy
channel is 404. Requires permission to update the channel.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
