Start connecting an Amazon seller account

Parks the tenant, the store, the mailbox Amazon's buyer mail arrives on and an optional name under a single-use state (ten minutes — Amazon's whole-flow limit) and returns the store's Seller Central consent url to open. 422 on marketplace_id when the platform has no Amazon application (amazon.oauth.not_configured), on mailbox_channel_id when it is not one of the tenant's e-mail channels.
