Reactivate a Trendyol channel's order webhook

Trendyol pauses an order webhook after 13 failed deliveries. This asks Trendyol for the webhook's real state first, then activates it — or registers it afresh when Trendyol no longer has it. The webhook is the fast path only; orders keep arriving through the scheduled sync either way. 502 when Trendyol could not be asked (error carries the client's reason, e.g. unauthorized).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
