Change the message behind a code, and/or its label

/api/channels/:channel/whatsapp/qr-codes/:code

The point of the feature: the PRINTED code is untouched and keeps working, only the message moves on. The label is local, so changing just the label makes no Meta call. Admin-gated (Channel update).
