Sync a Hepsiburada channel's questions, orders and claims now
POST/api/channels/:channel/hepsiburada/sync
Queues the "Ask the Seller" question poll and the order and claim
mirror jobs for this channel at once, outside their 2 / 5 / 15 minute
schedule (doc 71 §9.4). Hepsiburada has no
change stream: a run reads the open, packed, shipped, delivered,
undelivered and cancelled lists (the last four reach back one month)
and every claim status list. Progress and failures are reported on the
channel (hepsiburada.sync). A channel that is not a Hepsiburada
channel is 404. Requires permission to update the channel.
