POST/api/channels/meta/exchange
Exchange the OAuth code from the FB Login popup for an access token
SERVER-SIDE, discover the tenant's connectable assets (Messenger pages +
linked Instagram accounts, or WhatsApp phone numbers), and park them + their
tokens in a short-lived store. Admin only. Returns the pending_id + the
NON-secret asset descriptors (with already_connected) — the access tokens
are NEVER returned to the browser.
