Who this channel notifies
GET/api/channels/:channel/notification-audience
The team roster with, for each member and each kind of event this channel's source can produce, whether the channel still reaches them.
Channel ACCESS (access_mode + members) answers who MAY work a channel.
This is the separate question of whose attention it may take: on a shared
WhatsApp line every seat may legitimately answer, which is exactly why
every seat's phone rings. The default is everyone; only the exclusions
are stored, so a member added tomorrow is reached without editing this.
Admins are NOT exempt — an admin who does not want a channel's calls is expressing a preference, not evading a restriction.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
