Set who this channel notifies
PUT/api/channels/:channel/notification-audience
Replaces, per submitted event, the set of members who should NOT be notified. An event the channel's source cannot produce (calls on an email inbox) is refused rather than stored.
A muted member is not notified even when a conversation is assigned to them, and on the call side is not rung at all — the ring IS the notification, so silencing only the banner would be a half-truth.
