Which other apps may work this Page
GET/api/channels/:channel/meta/handover-receivers
Handover is the one Messenger feature whose availability is neither ours to decide nor inferable from anything we store: a Page may pass a thread only to an app a Page ADMIN listed as a secondary receiver, in Meta's own settings, on a day nobody told us about.
Without this the product found out by TRYING — an agent pressed "hand over", Meta refused, and that refusal was the first anyone heard the Page had never been configured for it, by which point the customer had already been told somebody else was taking over.
READ-ONLY on purpose: there is no API that lets us edit the list, so a toggle here would offer something it cannot honour.
available separates the two answers an empty list would otherwise
conflate. available: true with no receivers is a REAL finding — nobody
else can work this Page, and an admin has to change a setting.
available: false means we could not ask, and reason says why.

The Page's secondary receivers.
Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
