Health-check the Flow data endpoint
POST/api/channels/:channel/whatsapp/flows-endpoint/health
Three independent readings: key_pair proves a probe AES key survives
wrap→unwrap through the STORED halves (the exact operation every live
request performs); meta_signature_status is Meta's own VALID/MISMATCH
for the key it holds, with meta_key_matches comparing it to ours; and
last_ping_at is when Meta's periodic probe last reached the public
endpoint. Meta exposes no API to trigger its Flow Builder health check
remotely — this is the honest equivalent.
