Get the referrer's commission ledger
GET/api/referral/commissions
Returns the tenant's commission ledger (newest first, paginated). Admin /
account owner only. RLS-scoped on referrer_tenant_id.
PRIVACY: each row carries only the MINIMUM about a referred tenant needed to
recognise an earning — the referred company name, date, amount + currency, and
lifecycle status. The referred tenant's id, invoice reference and any private
datum are NEVER exposed. A Pending row whose clawback hold has elapsed reports as
approved (matching the available-balance computation).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
