List deals (filter by pipeline, stage, status, owner, title)

The workspace's deals, newest first, each with its stage, person, company and assigned member. Needs crm.view, deals.manage or deals.delete. Every filter is optional and exact except q, which matches the title (contains, case-insensitive). The envelope is Laravel's paginator shape — data plus top-level current_page / last_page / per_page / total.
