Retry an AI reply the wallet stopped (channel manager only)
POST/api/comments/:comment/retry-ai-reply
For a comment whose AI reply was skipped because the workspace runs AI on the platform's key and the wallet could not pay (ai_skipped). Asks the same wallet question first: still refused → 402 and no model is called. Otherwise the reply is drafted in the background as an ai_suggestion — nothing is posted until an agent presses Reply — and ai_skipped is cleared. Idempotent per comment: a second request while one is queued, or after it succeeded, never answers (or bills) twice. Audited as comment.ai_reply_retry.

Still refused — error is wallet_empty or monthly_cap.

Nothing was skipped on this comment (error = nothing_to_retry).
