Choose the announcement voice

Sending provider: null clears the selection and returns to the platform's own voice; the model, voice id and credential are cleared with it, because a voice id from one vendor means nothing to the next and would be sent verbatim.

Refused with 422 when the selection could not resolve: a credential belonging to a different vendor, a credential that no longer exists, or platform credit asked for on a vendor the operator holds no key for. The thing being configured is the voice of a legal notice, so an unusable selection is refused at the form rather than discovered on a live call.
