Update a knowledge source

Edit a knowledge source's title and training material (admin only).
Editing a text / qa source triggers a re-ingest: the old chunks are
deleted and the new content is chunked + re-embedded under the SAME
source id. For a file source the body is the title (always) plus an
OPTIONAL new file: supply a file to re-ingest, omit it to rename only.
The source's type is IMMUTABLE — to switch types, delete the source
and create a new one. The endpoint accepts both application/json
(text / qa) and multipart/form-data (file).

Updated knowledge source.
Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
Resource not found (or not visible to the current tenant).
The request failed validation.
