Edit an unsent offer
PATCH/api/quotes/:quote
Drafts only. Once a quote has been sent, a copy of it is in
somebody's inbox; editing the row behind it would let our record and
theirs disagree with nobody able to see that they had. Use
POST /api/quotes/{quote}/revise instead.
Sending items REPLACES the lines wholesale — a quote is edited as a
page, and patching individual rows leaves the caller to work out which
ones went away.
