"Vazgeç, müşteriye dön" — the offering agent withdraws the transfer (SES-1 F4). The one settle path that also LIFTS the park, because it is the one where the agent is asking for their customer back — and only when the transfer is what raised it. A hold the agent placed themselves stays theirs to lift.

If the bridge cannot be reached to resume, the transfer is still cancelled and the customer is still hearing music: the agent presses Resume, which is the button they would have pressed anyway.
