One call in full — recording, transcript, consent evidence (F10.4)

THE DOOR THIS ENDPOINT REPLACES. A call's recording and transcript are stored as messages on its conversation, and until this existed the only way to reach them was to open that conversation in the CHATS inbox — which is precisely where a call-only thread does not belong. Hiding voice threads from Chats without building this would have removed the only access to the recordings.

WHAT IT REFUSES TO CLAIM. The announcement block reports what was PLAYED, not what was heard: played_ms is our own playback duration and no amount of it proves consent was received. The recording is returned as a playable attachment or not at all, never as a flag.

VISIBILITY is the conversation policy's, exactly as the log's is.
