Export the person's files as a ZIP (KVKK / GDPR portability)

/api/contacts/:contact/files/export

Streamed from object storage to the browser (nothing is written on the server). Folders become directories; manifest.json lists each file's folder, tags, note and dates. Files in sensitive folders are included only for a member who may see them (withheld_sensitive_files says how many were left out). Requires contact_files.manage. Logged.
