Doc 89. The first open writes the workspace's standard folders for this person (once; a deleted standard folder does not come back). Requires contact_files.view; feature contact_files (404 when off). A folder that is (or sits under) one marked sensitive is locked for a member without contact_files.sensitive: listed, but its count is null and its files are invisible.
