Send the person's own files in their conversation

/api/conversations/:conversation/attachments/from-contact-files

Staged as pending attachments over the same objects; the composer sends them like an upload. Only files of THIS conversation's contact, visible to the caller (422 otherwise), with the same channel size/type check a library file gets. Requires conversations reply + contact_files.manage.
