Create a credential
POST/api/credentials
Stores a new credential with the api_key encrypted at rest. Admin only.
When test is true, the create runs an immediate test-connection probe
so the response carries the verdict.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
