A page of the tenant's stored API credentials. Admin only. The api_key is never returned — has_api_key + key_preview reveal only existence and the last 4 characters.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
