Workspace deletion state (and, for the owner, the warning facts)

Every member may read whether the workspace is scheduled for deletion and until when it can be restored. For the OWNER of a workspace that is not yet scheduled, preflight carries what the confirmation must show: the plan, the wallet balance (neither refunded), the second-factor methods that will be asked for, and whether a data export exists. Reachable while the workspace is pending deletion.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
