Rename the current workspace

Changes the WORKSPACE's own name — what the people who work here see in the workspace switcher when an account belongs to more than one.
This is NOT the business name. company-settings holds name, the name
customers read and the AI says; this holds the label the team sees. The
two are born identical (registration names the workspace after the
business that was typed) and may then diverge.
The slug is deliberately left untouched: it is an address that appears
in links people have already saved, and renaming is a cosmetic act that
must not quietly break one.
Requires the manage-company-settings ability.
