What the appointment-event trigger can listen for
GET/api/flows/booking-events
The vocabulary of the booking_event flow trigger (doc 94 §5.1): the
appointment steps the recorder raises and the diaries it raises them
for — native (the workspace's own engine) and crm:<provider>
(Stella, Calendly). A reschedule is ONE booking.rescheduled, never a
cancellation plus a booking. There is no reminder step: reminders are
the reminder engine's, which re-reads the appointment before it speaks.
Each diary carries internal_only; every diary connected today is the
business's own, so it is false for all of them.

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
