Put an older version back on the canvas

POST

/api/flows/:flow/versions/:version/restore

Restores the DRAFT, not the published pointer.

A rollback that published itself would push a graph live without anybody looking at it, which is the habit versioning exists to break. The author sees the old graph on the canvas and publishes it if that is what they meant — and that publish becomes a NEW version, so the history stays a history rather than a thing that rewinds.

The flow, with the older graph as its draft.
