Submit follow-up lead-capture details (anonymous visitor)

PUBLIC endpoint (anonymous visitor, no staff auth). Saves the visitor's email (+ optional name / phone) onto THEIR OWN contact — resolved from the verified session token, never the request — so they can be followed up. Used by the follow-up form shown when no human agent replies in time.
