Set the tenant's visitor-push (OneSignal) credentials (admin)

Sets the tenant's OneSignal app id, service-worker path and REST key for widget visitor push. The REST key is write-only (encrypted, never returned). Only the fields present are changed; an empty value clears one. Admin only.
