Test a connection's API key
POST/api/marketing/connections/:connection/test
Probe the provider with the stored key. Always 200; the verdict lives in the
response body (test_status, test_error).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
Authenticated but not allowed.
