Change a member's role (admin only)

Changes a team member's role. ADMIN-ONLY. The workspace owner's seat cannot be demoted below admin, and the last active admin cannot be demoted (422 with a role field error).

Not authenticated. code: account_disabled means the member's seat was deactivated in this workspace: the session is over even though the token was not revoked (clients sign out and clean up).
